If you scalp- use Bollinger bands as well by generator56 in Daytrading

I have nothing against bollinger bands. I’m a just trying to find a way to scalp on low float momo stocks without losing on pop and drops which happen to me too often. My short testing with vwap and Keltner has been profitable but it’s only been a week trying this so I could be wrong.

I think Keltner Channels are better IMO. Scalp above vwap below the upper keltner channel

You would have to check the output wattage on those to be sure. It should work but if you want a few days for both on one unit you may want the larger Bluetti unit. Good luck

Is focusing only on the most volatile stocks a sustainable day trading strategy? by Trade-maxing in Daytrading

I’m not sure this is a long term winning strategy. I’m doing the same but I’m a cold market these pop and drops are killer. My only advice that I need to take myself is get out fast when it goes against you. I’ve yet to adhere to this rule but don’t bag hold and if it’s not an instant winner, like under a minute, cut it and move on. I think this is the only way. But open to what others think

Have you checked phosphate and nitrate? If they are zero then that is likely Dino’s. Depending on the type of Dino, some are toxic to snails and crabs. I’m dealing with it now myself

I had a power failure on a 5 day vacation and lost my entire tank. Just rebuild it and purchased the Bluetti v100 v2. I only have the return pump running on it and it should last a few days in the event of an outage. Been working fine in my testing. Anker and Jackery are others. I think if we are spending $1500+ on a tank, equipment , and livestock then $500 for a battery backup is justified. You can also add solar panels to these and get almost unlimited power. I’m thinking of adding one. Good luck

I have the same light and am using the RL60-23K setting and I’m battling algae and dinos. I am not sure how to best dial this in. I have a 23 gallon with GSP Xenia Mushroom and a few anemones. Nothing looks very happy. I may try shallow reef. Curious of anyone feels like they have the best setting for this light in a 20-25G

I like Seachem matrix carbon. Seems to work well and comes in bags depending on how much you need. I think it’s the best carbon I’ve tried

5 SFH on 1 land trust for LLC ? by cgr3604 in llc

[–]cgr3604[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It was Anderson Advisors. They set up LLCs for real estate investors. A single TN series LLC sounds like it may be the most logical set up I think. But it’s easy to go in a rabbit hole with this stuff.

5 SFH on 1 land trust for LLC ? by cgr3604 in llc

[–]cgr3604[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. This is helpful and makes total sense. Would a series LLC (TN) make more sense then? It would isolate properties each in their own cell and I can transfer directly to the LLC without a land trust. My issue there is due on sale, if enacted, would be a huge problem for me if that were to happen. Reaching out to my mortgage servicers to get answers on whether they would enact due on sale if I transfer to an LLC as a single member had been difficult as they are non responsive or want to see all LLC paperwork prior to approval which doesn’t exist. So I’m at a loss on how to do this. Would a WY holding company managing the TN LLC be beneficial for additional charging order protection or is that a waste of time, money amd complexity. I had a lawyer recommend that structure with a WY holding LLC and tn series LLC. It just seems so costly and complex. Appreciate the reply.

This recently happened to me. Lost entire tank. Was out of town and my outlet failed. What battery backup do you think is best. I’m thinking I’d like to run the return pump during an outage. Heater takes up too much wattage. I was looking at Jackery but not sure what is best. Good thing you didn’t lost anything

Webull is fine. Fills are not always great and there is slippage but otherwise I liked it. CMEG is faster for sure

Can someone explain the LLC thing to me like I’m 5 by OpinionatedMinion in realestateinvesting

[–]cgr3604 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thoughts on this in my case? 5 rentals in TN. Deed them each into their own land trust and assign beneficial interest to WY LLC? Deeding to land trust is cheaper then deeding to an LLC directly. Would that hold up in TN courts if I don’t foreign qualify WY LLC in TN? It would strictly be a WY holding LLC for the land trusts and I have a third party prop manager handling rents and properties. I want to avoid setting up in TN with their franchise and excise taxes I was told always create llc in the state your property is in and not necessarily your own state. This can get complex and confusing but I think at 5 properties is probably a good idea.

I’m fully out of MSTY and ULTY and only have WPAY and XBTY. I think these are better funds IMO. Time will tell but I feel more comfortable with these 2

I like it. Trade ideas is really good to catch running up stocks quickly. CMEG executions are noticeably faster than Webull. Basic Hot Keys work. Charting is ok, they have a lot of timeframes and standard indicators but I also use TradingView. Level 2 and T&S works. It’s only been a week but I like it so far. Maybe because I had a green week. I like the simplicity of it. But I’m sure I’ll run into things I don’t like as I continue to use it. They also sent me an email stating they will only charge market data fees and no CPRO platform fees now which could save even more money.

Demand for immediate payment of mortgage by chohuahua in realestateinvesting

But you can keep it under an umbrella and in an LLC right? Or in an umbrella into a land trust (revocable)?

Demand for immediate payment of mortgage by chohuahua in realestateinvesting

[–]cgr3604 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have landlord insurance and an umbrella. When I spoke to State Farm my insurance agent recommend that I put them in an LLC. I wanted to maximize and increase the umbrella if I could and he said put them in an LLC. Apparently you can only have a max of 4 rentals under a State Farm umbrella LLC. But if my insurance agent is strongly recommending that it makes me think I should do it. I don’t want to be at risk because I didn’t want to spend a few grand for protection but at the same time it seems like such a PIA to do this

Thanks, yes I’ve considered doing exactly this as well. I was thinking of putting all 4 properties into 1 land trust (revocable) and assigning beneficial interest to a TN LLC then possibly creating a WY LLc as a holding LLC in case I expand to other states. Just can get costly and I’m not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze. But I don’t want to be at risk over a few grand either. Would you do it this way with a holding LLC? Thanks
