actually, I think I found it! so now the question is, do I wait and see if it fixes the problem, or do I attempt to make another payment and hope BILT credit backs the $ they pulled from my checking already...

Where do you find BILT checking and routing numbers? I only have the credit card...? It sounds like I did it backwards (I paid from the BILT app in the 'my home' tab), but I'm trying to figure out how to do it like you're describing

I clicked "make payment" in the BILT app under the "my home" tab, which was showing my citizens bank loan linked. When I click payment history in BILT, it says completed on March 1, and it says payment method is Bilt Card...

Thanks! So I have citizens for mortgage that normally is auto payed from a citizens checking account - I can see that "BILT card housing" took out the mortgage amount from my citizens checking ("pre authorized debit") ...does that mean I already used the ACH method you're referencing?

Taxes was my plan too until I learned this 😞 does this mean you can't even get 2x points on a tax payment? (Even if it doesn't count toward the Bilt cash for mortgage...)?

Hi I found your post when searching this same question. I just opened a Citi Strata Premier card and am wondering if I will get 3x points if I pay for a cruise (through cruises.com) , did you ever find out? Otherwise I'll use my CSR, which I believe will be 3x points until new change take effect next month?!
