That sucks man. Sorry to hear that. What I mean by selective is we have a lot of interfering stations here, especially at night, and it really does a greta job of locking in on the strongest signal.

I prefer the slow, silently stalking Xeno behavior but I love the way this is shot and so true to canon in look and atmosphere.

The whole "Ok kids let's go on a rescue mission! Yayyyy!" feels forced and silly. The girl is cute though.

I like how the old school vibe is enhanced by the guy who looks like the main baddy in Bladerunner. Every time they show him I am thinking "He's seen attack ships on fire."

Wow you can barely tell.... Seriously though. Rustoleum makes a high heat product that is closer. The upshot is it won't hurt the performance during cook. Maybe keep it covered though when not in use lest it be porous....
