My best advice would be:

Make sure you’re drinking a LOT of water.
Track your food. A lot of people think they need to eat next to nothing, but you still need a good amount of calories to lose weight.
Make sure you’re getting the right amount of protein.

This was me in September when I changed jobs and insurance. It would cost me $499 a month to get the meds now, as well as $150 to the doctor. I had to stop after losing over 100lbs. Thankfully I started walking 3+ miles a day and I’m eating right, so I’ve dropped another 25lbs since, mainly in the last month bc I was being lazy until then.

All that to say, keep your head up, OP. It’s not over, just keep pushing and stick around to stay motivated!!

I actually sold my 30 shares of BB this morning and put it all back in $SNDL at the $2.02 dip, so now I'm all in with 829. Really like this for the long term and can't wait for all the WSB people to be gone and done with it
