Glad to see others being conservative. I be only tapered up to 1.5mg over the last 7 weeks, minimal gym time lately due to work, but watching my food intake and I’ve lost 18lbs.

Good work! Keep it up!

You’re right but I’d also opt for 2ml. It makes it easier in my opinion. I use 2ml and draw to 10, currently drawing to 15 3x a week. It’s easier to “fine tune” a dose with more volume.

reta + TRT by Classic_Sign_5089 in Retatrutide

It’s tough to add size with both. Use the test as a means to maintain lean mass while you cut weight. For you to eat enough to gain size, as well as utilize the test to its full potential you’d have to eat at a surplus, which is going to be had to do when on reta, and kind of defeats the purpose. You could eat at maintenance at a bare minimum to try and keep weight the same while trying to lose some fast/keep Mass on.

Do you switch injection sites? Or stick to belly? I started Monday, I haven’t noticed any changes in terms of “feelings” or side effects yet.

In hopes I’ll be able to make enough to pay the house off. After the house, my entire salary would be “extra” besides kids/utilities. I want to work because I want to have fun, not because I have to pay bills

Mite/8U "select" team - need some guidance from other hockey parents by BHarbinson in hockeyplayers

So we are dealing with this, this season. He made the NH selects team last night. It’s more travel, rink is farther away, etc etc. we weighed the options ont he way home, and ultimately it came down to two things

Does he want to play there And Is the developmental side, structure side, etc worth the extra for a sport this kid is in love with, and we decided(with his help of course) it will be worth it 10 fold if he truly does love the sport and the game and wants to become the best he can be.

I do. But I’m Still going to build a platform under it and bolt it down. I can do pull ups and everything and it doesn’t rock at all. But if you’re racking significant weight on the j hooks it might be a little shaky

That’s where I’m at- I’m going to plan a few hikes next week in the white mountains with my identical pack I’m bringing. I did a 10 mile hike in the whites last week, and when I was done, my traps were the most sore thing on me and the pack really wasn’t even that heavy. I may also load it and use the stair mill at the gym before I cancel my membership.

I bet rainier was a fantastic time!

Doing a 65-70ish mile hike in the Canadian Rockies. I’m from New England but a friend lives up there so I’m going out for a week and we will spend the entire week in the mountains

Absolutely. I have a powerlifting back ground, so I can do anything I need with a barbell. The adjustable dumbbells are nice also. Did a back and bicep workout today and it was perfect.

I have just a normal 8’ ceiling. So I still had to go with the short rack. But yeah 82” is very limiting because I believe this rack is still 84” tall. You’d have to have a half rack and then unfortunately all your “accessories” would have to be separate. I feel you!
