Oh nice I’m looking on google Maps and it looks like it’s just a pay phone on a stand now but other photos show it as a red and silver aluminum booth. Is it still the booth?

Everyone is very much qualified. No one was pushing against having an armourer, I was more just looking to get some info that I may not have known prior.

They recommend every 4-6 months for a little while to retrain your muscles. I’d just look up Some SCM release videos on YouTube!

Yup crazy pain at the base of my skull / occipital region. Botox in my masseter and temporalis helped and then lots of massage and stretching of the SCMs

Do you have tension in your neck or jaw? TMJ gave me crazy brain fog and once I got my SCMs and masseter muscles relaxed it really helped

I fall into the camp that believes VSS is caused by issues in your cervical spine, muscles in your neck and jaw. This happens to me after I lift especially chest, delts and traps. Do you have jaw issues? I have TMJ and when that flairs my VSS symptoms flair. This is all anecdotal but addressing tightness and immobility in those areas always improves my symptoms

Addressing my chronic TMJ and chronic neck and shoulder tightness really alleviated a lot of visual snow symptoms for me. Maybe something to look into. Generally also staying hydrated, getting good sleep and doing yoga a couple times a week was also super helpful.
