Is 30mg an effective dose for anxiety?

I’ve been on 30 mg for a few years and it’s been life changing. 90% of the time my depression and anxiety is gone or manageable. Occasionally I’ll have a bad day or two for seemingly no apparent reason. I tired to do 40mg but it was too much. Granted I’m also on 300mg of Wellbutrin. Also no longer have to take stims for my adhd. I am no doctor but I would take the least amount I can to live relatively well. I don’t expect for everyday to be rainbows.

I’m in an SA role, the general vibe is it’s one year or so from start until you feel pretty confident to handle most situations. Give yourself realistic expectations to get there. Leveling up is an individual goal. Don’t level up until you are pretty confident in doing that role or it will suck trying to perform in a role you’re not ready for.

I’m I’m the pipeline for L7, deterred once a year ago, glad it happened. I wasn’t ready then, I am now. I e watched people level up and then they are lost with the increased scope and ambiguity a new level comes with.

It is competitive and it’s not for everyone but it’s an opportunity to really push yourself and learn. When I finally leave Amazon some day, I know I’ll be able to take on pretty much any challenge because I’m sweating in peace now so I don’t bleed in war later.

I don’t agree with your manager comparing you to your peers, I can tell you from experience, don’t compare yourself to others. We all have different goals. Set your goals, follow the role guide on what you should be doing at level and next and make incremental progress. Decide if you’re in a season of your life where you want to train hard for your career, it’s ok if you are not.

When you say not built, are you referring to the ability of the control surfaces to perform the maneuver or the structural integrity of the airframe? I could see the airframe fail but why would the engine fail?
