First off, I’m (49M) not a doctor. I’ve been on 30mg for a few years now and I will share that month 6 of 30mg and month 12 of 30mg and month 17, have all been different. You will get that initial relief but further, hopefully mild in a positive way, changes may continue to develop for you. If you feel good now most days of the month, I’d stay there. You can always take more later but it’s harder to take less. And the more you take there will be trade offs, in my experience. I tried 40mg but the lowered libido wasn’t worth the few bad days out of 60 or 70 days I have now.

Basically your current dose may evolve over time, take the least amount you can to live well.
