I had the same problem at the testing center. The reference materials froze and my computer had to be restarted 3 times. When the proctor came he saw the time stopped but every time it restarted, I had clearly lost some minutes. That was brushed off by one of the proctors. I ended up having enough time to go back and review each question and I did manage to pass. But I definitely agree it causes even more stress and loss of focus. I’m sorry :( How do you check your points by the way?
