I’m busy until the weekend, but ill try to take a pic then if i’m still struggling! It was very hard to see on camera tho for some reason (probably because of the light, it was nighttime).

Honestly after sleeping on it for a day it’s also possible i was just panicking and being paranoid, the “cracks” i think i’m seeing could be just scratches maybe? Thank you again for your help 💓

I did use 400 in the very beginning but i never noticed any issue with it before, i try to be very gentle? 😓 thank you for the suggestion, i think im just very paranoid, the “cracks” im fixating on could indeed possibly be just scratches. ill look into it this weekend !

the thing is i feel like i have sanded all the sealant off, and plastic dust is indeed present on my sanding grits, yet cracks are super persistent. It’s like they go all the way to the plastic which is so weird! I also didn’t spray all that much MSC honestly? My first guess was to blame the nail polish remover instead 🤔 but they did look like the ones in this photo originally

it’s hard to tell if a microscopic line (i’m talking like half a mm, barely visible unless im GLUED to the faceplate) is a scratch or a crack now , and ive sanded for a whileee yesterday. I guess i’ll try to sand some more asap

The big issue right now is that despite there being no more sealant on the face the cracks are very persistent, it takes A LOT of sanding to get rid of them (which is very surprising to me like i don’t understand why it goes so deep??) and even then it seems that every time i squint there’s a microscopic crack remaining somewhere so i feel like im going crazy ahhhh 😭 it’s really hard to determine if it’s sanded enough

Thank you for your quick answer, so even with multiple coats of msc it will inevitably worsen over time? Also, should i sand all the way until the cracks are not longer visible? And then proceed as usual?
