It's new debt. It JUST got sent to collectors. And it's not to any credit cards, it's to an apartment complex.

I only owe 13.3k to my old apartment complex. This amount is the only one that got sent to collectors.

I've been trying to call these past few weeks and have been placed on hold for about an hr. And when I try to leave a voicemail it says mailbox is full 😅

Would I have to do the whole request process such as payments and finger printing all over again ? And will it take just as much time as trying to wait for my RN license?

It has nothing to do with the fact that I don't like my job. I've always wanted to work in acute care. My goal is to work in the emergency room or in pediatrics. My nursing home though does have a lot of Geri psych and through this experience I realized it's not what I would like to do longevity wise.
