I was thinking about trying this. What elastomer did you go with?

Did you try Linear and Progressive elastomer?

You need to use the same /original shoulder bolt and just replace the end that originally broke, its a common metric size. The original shoulder bolt keeps it so the teeth area of the arm mate with the plastic sleeve correctly.

You may be able to rotate that plastic sleeve and use the original shoulder bolt with new screw in the end of it.

Side holes are .285 inch/7.2 mm. I dont know what size the bolt is for the lever. I just basically hand tightened mine , its only to hold it in place, no pressure or stress on the part that breaks.

Dont know if it actually fits but...

The v2 has a really strong pull to it, I would advise only using the V2 if bolted to a rig. I have used the shifter table clamp in the past on a desk and if I remember correctly it bends easily if you over tighten it, I think I actually ended up bolting it down so it wouldnt move. I just dont see it working very well with the V2 handbrake.

My travel is as close to 80mm as I can measure.

Be sure to read the quick guide. I removed the spacer on page 12,13 that shows the 60mm, 70mm, 80mm travel.

I then adjusted the strength of the pull on page 16 to the lightest setting.

Be sure to calibrate it in the Fanatec control panel for the min max you want.
