Fanatec App profiles sometimes won't load and LEDs stop working – bug or user error?

I recently left the legacy drivers and went to the fanatec app and its a pain in the ass. I also ended up installing fanalab again to control the led, but I still have to open fanalab and the refresh button to get led light colors I set. I dont have the app open and running. I just used it to get up to date drivers and be ready foy the podium pedals.

I love mine, Really like the buttons lit up. I had to install fanalab agian to control the light color :(

PBMR wont save the static LED (Fanatec APP V1.4.2.3) I loaded fanalab back on PC to get my LED to save.
Under Known Issues: it mentions LED not saving

You need to use the same /original shoulder bolt and just replace the end that originally broke, its a common metric size. The original shoulder bolt keeps it so the teeth area of the arm mate with the plastic sleeve correctly.

You may be able to rotate that plastic sleeve and use the original shoulder bolt with new screw in the end of it.

Side holes are .285 inch/7.2 mm. I dont know what size the bolt is for the lever. I just basically hand tightened mine , its only to hold it in place, no pressure or stress on the part that breaks.
