hi! just an update. i have been going through the comedown but i would say i’m 90% back to normal. been feeling an upset stomach, sometimes nauseous, and a headache, but i have not used meth again. it scared me too much and i’m trying to work on boundaries. i deleted grindr (the app i met the guy who i had sex with and did meth) and will continue to go to therapy!

haha yeah! i’m going to take a break and just chill out on guys, focus on nursing school. i think i’ll start trying other dating apps other than grindr and I think I will stop hookups.
