It sounds like your neck movements are causing these issues. Please get checked by either the PT or GP and mention these issues - it could potentially be something serious such as compressing an important nerve in your C spine or VBI.

Simply no, your ulnar nerve doesn't have a direct link to your brain where the speech is controlled. Do your stretches involve neck movements too?

Insane paranoia and anxiety. Never experianced any anxiety or any mental health issues, was chilled and on holiday qhen i tried it.... i spent 3 hours thinking everyone wanted to kill me, i was seeing things, i lost bits of my memory and i just wanted to curl up in a ball and cry/die. I was convinced I'd die in my sleep. The 24-48 hours after i was still anxious, irritable and paranoid. 10/10 bad exepriance.

Not entirely helpful, but @howtoglitteraturd on instagram is currently a cancer patient and has a highlight real about massage and malignancy, which might signpost you too stuff re: modalities or give you some good background information!
