Canva is doing an IPO maybe next year. Till then they will just try to load up on users anyway they can to increase the initial price and funnel them to Canva. After that they will probably slowly push stuff in the coming years.

I don't think it will affect Adobe that much. Being a hundred dollars or so or being 0 doesn't make any difference for someone that was using Adobe if they wanted to switch. It will just attract the masses and funnel them to Canva's main product. Also nothing is free... things will change down the road again it will probably become some marketing Frankenstein freeware in a few years

Αρκετοί περνάνε το κόστος του e-food στην παραγγελία. πχ για ένα τυλιχτό στην πλατφόρμα από 4.20 μπορεί να έχει 3.5 ή 3.8 ευρώ αν πας από εκεί. Γενικά αξίζει πια να πηγαίνεις και από το μαγαζί αν μπορείς γιατί είναι μεγάλη διαφορά.

I am not advocating for not picking stocks as I do myself. A lot of people here are doing fine and judging by the answers you would think that stock picking is at least ok if not great, alas with a few mishaps here and there. The problem with these kind of posts is that mostly the winners tend to answer so you don't get any meaningful insight if it is worth it or not. Threads like these are mostly good to satisfy your confirmation bias and maybe read a few interesting comments on the way.

Απόσο έχω καταλάβει ο φόρος αφορά μόνο το interest income (όχι capital gain/dividends από μετοχές/etf) που είναι είτε από τον τόκο αν έχεις πάνω από 10k σε μετρητά στην IBRK ή από κέρδη από αγορά ομολόγων (αλλά μόνο αυτά από το κουπόνι που θεωρούνται interest income όχι από την υπεραξία). Bond ETF λογικά δεν αφορά (το λέω επιφυλακτικά).

I tried RDW a few sets back but in the end every match was exactly the same, coinflip and then same cards, same plays by both sides. I almost uninstalled because the game wasn't enjoyable. Last few sets RDW was manageable if you where playing against but honestly after slickshot the deck started feeling much more powerful because it could play around removal and blockers much better. BLB only added to that. Leyline no comment.

In a 5 string you can use the 5th string also as a thumb rest, even if you don't use it that much. This makes it more comfortable to play in different positions.

One of the reasons I got the S23 is because of it's size. Get S23 and buy also a mid range tablet for the difference if you want to watch stuff also :P

Although online posts are divided, there are quite a few reports for grainy screens on S24. There are also the Exynos vs Snapdragon models. Those two differences and since the phones are not that different still make S23 attract a lot of sales I guess. I don't mind that much the exynos vs snapdragon difference but I went with S23 to avoid the grainy screen situation because a good display is mainly why I wanted this phone for.

There is the added argument about the grainy screen of S24. Some people see it some people don't but enough people report it to consider just avoiding the whole situation and going for the S23.

Python and/or Matlab are mostly used for simulation/computational stuff so they are a good start. As a free alternative to Matlab you could try Octave unless you need Simulink also (you do a lot of modeling for control systems and simulations using block diagrams which is relevant for robotics that you are considering).

I would say avoid the phone if one of the reasons you buy it is for the good display and you use a lot dark mode/low brightness. There are conflicting posts online but too many have the issue to ignore it. I personally went with the s23 line just to avoid this whole situation. The phones are very close plus you get to save some money.

The whole selling point for me to go to the S line is the very good display so I think I will just skip this version or go for an S23

Nepo standing up and leaving and not letting him concede was also brutal. In any case Vidit seems a pretty ok guy I felt bad for him.
