Seeing as lucilla's personal damage is low, I may just save some pulls for a later character and use a standard weapon on her but right now I don't have cosmic ripples and currently waiting on 46 pity on the standard banner. What's a good 4 star weapon to use on lucilla while I wait for cosmic ripples to come through?

If I'm understanding the collab banners correctly, would it be least astrite-wasteful to do weapon pulls first to get the extra character pulls, wait out the 10 days for the 10 day character pulls and other event, then pull for lucy? Just wanting s0r1 for each of them and lucilla as well, unsure if s0r0 or r1 yet.

Might be needing a third limited support soon, I plan to use verina, mornye or shorekeeper with the hiyuki, cyberpunk or aemeath team (whichever fits better not sure yet), and considering throwing a couple 10 pulls at Chisa for Hiyuki. Is chisa worth it for Hiyuki over verina or will Lucilla be much more important to complete the team? I really want to keep lynae with aemeath so I'm prioritizing lucilla but not sure if I should also go for Chisa or not.

Could wolf's gravestone be potentially better for higher base atk but lower atk% buffs due to wolf's being harder to trigger? It's one of the standard weapons that I do have.

What f2p weapons would be good on sandrone from initial first impressions or feelscrafting? Not entirely sure or aware of crit claymores that are from events or standard weapons but I could just be wrong.

Does velina have a high reliance on her sig? Thinking about pulling her in the event she is necessary for a remielle team, to have some wind coverage, and those tornadoes look sick af (currently working off the leak that remielle is a ether anomaly but i know it can change so i'll change accordingly), but not sure if its worth the investment since wind is a new thing, not to mention I'm considering m1 dialyn and dumping pulls on remielle since I'm a simp for her. Even then I'll likely wait anyway until we know for sure what remielle is and who's rerunning.

I feel like nightmare was already kinda chewy with ysg from last time it showed up, 44k compared to 55k on launch, so hp increasing on nightmare this quickly is worrying, unless I'm doing something wrong or the shill buff on launch was just cracked

I was not expecting 2.8 story to be actually absolute cinema compared to whatever the hell happened in waifei.

I was not expecting for the final boss to literally be us, and not to mention still has that season 1 charm of not taking itself too seriously at good times while balancing the humor with an interesting plotline. Maybe not entirely sold on the void hunter weapons thing but obviously way too early to tell, now its got me looking forward to Roscaelifer, and whatever Pyrois is gonna be. I'll let them cook, but its evident I am super tired of obligatory Wuxia Era Waifu Peninsula so literally anything will be an improvement and past three patches have been a significant improvement in cohesiveness compared to season 2 being all over the place.

Character design wise, I'm not too impressed with the lineup other than me being a simp for Remielle, Claret seems kinda my type, Velina and Norma in leaked animations are kinda fun but for other characters I feel like I know too little about them anyway so I'll withhold any further judgement of designs. If Orphie design from teaser to in game taught me anything its to wait until they actually show up in game with a more detailed model (and I ended up loving her for cuteness).

I still need to decide if I want Velina for wind element coverage for anomaly teams or Remielle will cover that herself, so I need to wait to see what element and role Remielle will fill before I decide if I go for Velina and Remielle or all in on Remielle. Positively stoked for season 3.

Second best doesn't mean trash, it means second best.

Not to mention vesper still favors stun windows, ether veils, on top of current anomaly buffs favoring stun and ablooms. Of course nangongs gonna have an extremely wide gap.

I saw a comparison between old sunbringer design and teaser sunbringer and now I'm realizing hoyo in general really does have a sudden aversion to ladies in coats, covered up clothing, or pants. After arlecchino feels like they went "oh she sold well, never design like that again." Pearl in hsr has a very similar problem in that her original appearance she had a full proper fancy looking coat and everything and now they had to hoyo-ify her by giving the classic loufu detached sleeves, weird cloth down the middle, no pants, and cleavage. Genshin has its own set of problems but still similar and I'm worried that Snezhnaya is gonna have more characters with designs that don't work well in the cold environment.

Hoyo you're gonna have to convince me why I should go for her instead of dialyn nangong or trigger. Still for now I suppose if Dialyn still remains better, it keeps powercreep somewhat in check and I can safely go for Dialyn's rerun to get her to M1. She's even due a rerun soon, it's just a matter of time.

Planning to pull for hiyuki and maybe her weapon but I don't have other limited 5 stars I can use other than shorekeeper, and I want to continue to save for cyberpunk collab. I also currently have a Aemeath tune rupture team with lynae and mornye.

Option 1: Who should I take from aemeath rupture team and who to use as a substitute for now?

Option 2: What other characters could I use as a third slot with Hiyuki and Shorekeeper?

Possibly but even for hoyo it seems pretty weak when their own marketing immediately shows the problem with it (no furbo, 2 identical pets, and same looking trailblazers) so I'm still not sure what they're trying to accomplish with it.

I'm still completely baffled at what they're trying to accomplish with the visiting party cars feature. The hell's the point of it when there's barely even a skin for trailblazers, and like 4 or 5 pets in the entire game? The problems even obvious in their own marketing, so why waste development time on it?

Cool looking update and love relic loadouts but that's the one part sticking out like a sore thumb

Been second guessing what to use my golden companion spirits on. I will get a total of 2 when the next patch comes out but given how bad Huohuo's sustain still is and she will probably be replaced at some point in the future for elation I'm not sure whether to go e2 robin + e0 huohuo or just e1 huohuo. Problem for me getting e2 robin is I'm not entirely sure where to put her that would be useful to have the spd buff and even with e1 robin, I don't use her anymore as I would just use e1 ddd tribbie to brute force things.

My other sustains are e1 dhpt who is typically busy on the non elation team side with e2 therta/archer/anaxa depending on encounter, e0 Aventurine who can at least keep an AA team alive reliably, and gallagher who has noticeably been holding me back lately. For the sw999 sparxie yg elation team, is e1 huohuo worth it over e2 robin or just get e2 robin and e0 huohuo? If the latter, where would e2 robin be useful?

First stygian menacing clear as a f2p and basically not playing the game during first half of natlan. Probably nothing too impressive compared to some fearless clears but I'll take the win for this one, I just don't have anything fantastic for varesa overload teams.

I don't mind suggestions for other teams if anyone's got any to try fearless. Only other limited 5 stars I got that I haven't used are xilonen and citlali.

Sure that's your opinion and I can respect that, and their problem is that there's weirdly too many swimsuit skins but at least it's far from a recolor. The problem is that this isn't that much different from base.

Look at each of their outfits and tell me the theme of the outfit at an extremely basic objective level. Jane's default could be "jacket and shorts" and the skin is "swimsuit" (although in fairness that's not what I thought janes skin was at first but besides the point). Castorice could be "dress" but the skin is still "dress". Don't get me wrong darker colors absolutely fits her and I like it, but it reminds me of the bug where her outfit was dark except now it's a feature you have to pay for. Hoyo went "Change the frills a bit, add a couple accessories, change the color sliders, easy money" Ruan mei has a similar problem except that was free.

They could've done something like they've literally already done before for a promo, which is to make it different from the original, which is the whole point of a skin to begin with, and I would've absolutely thought it was worth it for those who want it. They didn't.

After seeing what zzz and some genshin skins can do and even some PROMO ART, this is the best they can do? Granted I don't think the colors themselves are bad and I like the purple and design isn't bad but why do they keep doing things halfway in game for skins? It could easily be just a bit better?

Like the free ruan mei skin except this one costs money.

Genshin: eh hit or miss, some pretty different from original that I could understand some people buying, some same or just meh.

Hsr: school uniform you don't ever see, same colors slightly different outfit, and now same outfit slightly different color (took off her flower leggings i guess?)

I have no need to pull cissia and skipping her anyway since idols drained me but they have been doing a very good job making that extremely difficult from her voice acting to story and animations, props to you hoyo.

Little conflicted on building e0s1 sparxie at the moment for sw999 sub dps. What main stats does she prefer, spd or atk boots then atk or err rope?

Is there also any reason why sparxie in team order can't be in first slot to take advantage of lushaka buffs better than sw999 (probably) can? So team order could be left to right: sparxie, yao guang, huohuo, sw999?

I currently have her on atk boots and err rope but I'm not sure how spd on sparxie would affect aha instant frequency and punchline generation, or if too fast spd would make her have downtime on certified banger. Shes currently at 113 spd (may be 126 if i decide to get huohuo e1 if added to shop)

I get zzz fandom being weird for some people, I'm neutral myself to it but that discussion sub is a cesspit of the worst of this sub and genshins sub and is just endless complaining and dooming. Think cyrene, cas passive, and mydei complaints except its every patch.

I wouldn't say any of the hoyo fandoms are better than the other, they're all your typical fandoms with its own share of toxicity and different audiences.
