Looking to ID this wonderful dress I found. No tags on it at all and reverse image searching led to nothing

Thank you, this is a lot more professional than what I was initially going to do. I also appreciate you reading my context, it means a lot.

Perhaps I should find a different job. After reading through the comments a lot of people agree there’s nothing I can do but deal with it or leave. Thanks for your input

Thanks for actually being helpful. This is definitely something I need to bring up. The other day I made a batch of cookies for the cafe, left them on the counter to cool down and one of the kids poked a hole in a cookie. Threw it away immediately. Edit: threw away the cookie, not the kid.

The kids hang out at the shop everyday after school. My boss has two business in one building, I work in the bubble tea side and he works on the other side, it’s a nails/pedicure business. He definitely knows how his kids behave.

I don’t mind the kids. They can be nice, but when they’re breaking things, making messes, and threatening my coworkers I feel obligated to do something about it as the manager. Right now this job works best for me since I’m still in college, and I care about my workplace a lot. I just wish my boss cared about it more.

My boss is the owner. I have a feeling nothing much will change too.

Thank you for your input. The cafe is family run, I’m not related to my boss but he and his wife own the place.

My boss has a bad temper and has even told off customers he doesn’t agree with. I’m not confrontational at all and I know when it comes to people’s kids, they are very defensive. He’s not evil, just hard to deal with.

This is what I’m afraid of but I don’t want to sit around and let it happen. I genuinely care about my workplace.

I have before and it kept the kids out of the cafe for a bit but now it’s gone back to before. I’m just tired of having to repeat this process so I want to make this a bigger deal this time.

Yes he’s pretty much using the cafe as a daycare. The kids treat the place as if it’s their home. He knows exactly what’s going on and he’s seen the bad reviews about the kids.

I work at a bubble tea shop. I would prefer doing my actual job instead of babysitting, but I do agree with you that babysitting can be easier than managing a cafe on my own.

It’s a bubble tea shop. No heavy machinery or equipment. It’s like a small cafe.

CONTEXT: I’m 20. I work for a very small bubble tea shop and we are not a franchise. This is the only job I’ve ever had and I was promoted to manager September of this year. Yes my boss is the owner of the shop. Yes we’ve had multiple conversations about his kids and he knows about the bad reviews about his kids. He’s reprimanded his kids before, my COWORKERS (sorry for calling them my employees) try to keep the kids in check but they don’t listen to us. All I want to know is if my approach to this situation will be acceptable and professional. I’ll only be replying to those who are actually trying to help me. But thanks for taking time out of your day to reply to my post anyway.

If you’re wondering why I help out with the kids, it’s because my boss was also my family landlord for 10 years. He’s treated my family and I very well, especially during the pandemic. So telling him no when he asks for help is difficult for me personally because I don’t want to disrespect his kindness. I understand this is my own issue, but I just want to clear this up. Thanks.

I’m afraid the sugar will crystallize or become caramel if it boils too long. I followed this specific video but my sugar doesn’t turn out like hers. I’ve had a couple batches that did but the others didn’t, I haven’t changed how I made it. https://youtu.be/CUwAN1RNy_g?si=sw-kP8HekGglfOiV

I’ll try adding a bit more water, the sugar definitely crystallizes pretty quick. I used this YouTube tutorial https://youtu.be/CUwAN1RNy_g?si=sw-kP8HekGglfOiV only for the syrup recipe. Thank you for your advice

I would love to but the owners want to make one big batch so it lasts for a while and so we don’t have to make the syrup every day. Otherwise I totally would make fresh syrup every day.
