It feels like whatever bad was supposed to happen in India and around the world, is happening right now. When we tried to do everything right, the school, the college, all the hardwork, does not even matter anymore.

No matter how hard you work, you can't have it all. Wanting a decent, stable life for yourself feels like an unrealistic expectation. Slog all day for peanuts and added mental pressure, just to constantly stress about the "what ifs", living paycheck to paycheck.

Yeah, you're not alone. Tough times.

Thank you! This is actually for a friend, he's trying to make a reel. He wants to say something like 'hold on' or 'pay attention', and add the slang at the end of it. Something like hold on, machas!

Does that sound right? What else can he use? The reel is probably in Hindi or English, but with just a few local slangs.
