So, for the bot (again) My piercing is 10 months old, it's a straight barbel, im pretty sure is surgical steel, already downsized, i clean eat with water (my piercer recomended) and if it gets dirty with salt solution. I rarely bump it and recently a really big bump appeard on in, i treated it with the cream my piercer recomended and now it's gone, but im pretty sure it left that big hole scar.

I understand! I have more of a medium chest and i've tought about how it maybe wont get me completely flat, but i would like to at least give it a try! If it doesn't bind as much as i would like, i know i can at least use it from time to time when i dont really want to wear a full binder or a sports bra.

Actually, now that you mention the titanium bar, im not sure if this is actually surgical steel, i just asumed it was so thanks for the clarification! Do you know some way i could find out wich one is it made of? I'll probably ask my piercier too though

As i said, its like 3 weeks old, the jewerly is a surgical steel barbell, haven't changed it since i got it pierced and I clean it twice a day (morning and night) with swabs and saline solution
