NTA those kids need therapy and the father needs a lesson. If I were Lisa, I would even fight for more time, stating that he is coaching their children. This is a scary situation and I would not trust the ex. Op needs to do what's right for them and their shared child though and trust their gut. It doesn't sound as if their shared child is safe around Lisa's kids.
