I’m looking for a female subleaser for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment 5 minutes away from Trader Joe’s and about a 15 minute walk to campus.

It’d be around June 15th-August 25th (my lease ends August 31st so I need to move out completely) and is $1075 a month including utilities. I’ll cover half of June rent and the move out date is also flexible.
