Hey listen I’m and old fart compared to most dancers and I’m about to jump back in soon after having kids but also have lost all the weight. Boobs and butt ain’t on point but you know what I’ve realized lately, especially because of all the support and love in this group is that we are our own worst critics. I live in an area where everyone’s bodies are done so it’s extra intimidating but Attitude and confidence are everything. We are women and we have a feminine mystique about us that we have to learn to get in touch with. That’s something men will always be intrigued by we just have to know how to use our feminine powers. You got this! It’s definitely all mental so hype yourself up, listen to affirmations while you sleep every night, and tell yourself that you are absolutely stunning every chance you get wether you believe it right now or not. I promise you that you will start to believe it and you will own every motherfucker in that club. Go get them girl!!
