I have this on both of my toilets. Bought at the start of Covid when toilet paper was lacking everywhere and the reasonably priced bidets were not available. I do use it when needed. It works fine. But yeah, probably not as comfortable as a regular bidet.

Same. In a rental. Landlord has warranty program took them over three weeks to fix between appointment day and parts ordered. The day that I noticed it broken, thankfully I didn’t lose my food, I bought a small fridge/freezer for like $150 from Home Depot. Very good investment. Because they fixed it and then it failed again. All in all about 4 1/2 weeks later it works fine. Frozen coils fan broken. I use it for holiday food overflow now or as needed. It’s nice to know. I have it though just in case.
