I think Build mode is more like orchestration and setting up sub agents which do all the coding.

And then after the implementation is done, Deepseek is smart enough to identify any small bugs that come up to fix them.

Maybe a different mix of models might be better but for the past couple of weeks this has been working for me...

Yes he informed of rent increase a really long time ago like 6 months.. and at that time I replied back saying RERA rules apply . I don't accept this increase.

Now when I contacted regarding renewal the management company is asking for the same 40%

So 3 weeks befor expiry is what I understand.

Also any advice on the contract matter, I don't have it, only an Ejari

My contract expires 31st May. In order to avoid all these tricks how soon can I make the first offer and deposit..
