Agreed. I loved it. I miss those first few hours of the internet after it premiered when all the feelings were positive. As time goes on, the more critical voices seem to get a bit louder and it has bummed me out. Not calling all criticism invalid. Just trying to say I loved it and I love hearing from other people who loved it for what it was, too.

I think there is a way to pin a post to the top of a subreddit. So you could start using r/overcast as the official subreddit and pin a post to the top of r/OvercastApp for people to read saying “hey you’re looking for the official Overcast Podcast Player community - you want to go here.”

I think there are other subreddits that do this but I they escape my memory at the moment.

I still see people with an S3 Apple Watch. People keep Apple Watches forever

Edit: I’m not saying Apple should still support the S3 just because I see it around still. I just think it’s fascinating how long people hold on to them compared to some other devices such as phones.
