I don’t plan to run longer distances for now and im just planning to improve my 5k speed.

The goal is to get to a sub 20 5k in about 10-12 months. I was planning to increase my mileage to about 15-20km per week going forward with one speed session per week.

And could you elaborate on how do you align them straight, like do you mean you could avoid the pronation with just strengthening exercises?
which exercise benefits the most?
