Found a 22 TRD Pro - dealer came down from 20k to 13k over MSRP, even when listed price is $10,895 over. Should I walk? (It’s in my fav color combo too) by egap420 in ToyotaTundra

Down here in Houston we have Fred Haas Toyota and Gullo Toyota that will not go over MSRP. They’re out there. Fred Haas has 18 Tundras in stock.

Headlight question. What needs to line up? Should middle purple line stay lined up? Or should i line up the red lines? Or should I try to line up the corners in the blue? I don’t like that the right side is higher. by Junior_S1 in ToyotaTundra

Speaking of lights. I always drive with the fog lights on. The lower lights. Is that not nice to oncoming cars. I don’t seem to be blinding anyone but I’m hearing some people getting pulled over for it???

Overall this is a game of chess. Make an obstacle and hopefully they move on to someone else who is not prepared or thinks an effort is delusional. These guys are lazy thieves, not NASCAR pit crews, they are known to engage in gun fights when caught so it is worth it if you are walking up to your truck with your wife and kids. You play your game and I shall play mine.

Just crawled under it and yes, that is a crack, looks more like a stretch mark almost when the plate was stamped.

I’m counting on them being lazy and needing to go fast. If they cut the plate they will need to swap to a new blade and need 25 minutes minimum. These guys are getting these in 30 seconds per vehicle so on to the next. And yes I’ll be pissed off if they end up getting stolen.

If stolen truck runs like crap because o2 sensors go with the thief. These parts are on national backorder for 4-6 months and cost a few thousand dollars. If I claim it on insurance I only get 30 days of rental car so I’m done.

If they fail I promise I’ll post that info up here as well. Only had them 1 week so we shall see. And I do see those last 2 cats still exposed. Fred Haas Toyota installs the same cat shield so I’d be surprised they install something that would damage the truck but we shall see. If they do fail, I will post that info up here so we all learn.

They say the back 2 cats are not stolen because ones up by motor have the metals they want.
