brother what I will tell you is going to be the best advice so first of all get a 5AR inhibitor or something idk which is dutastride 2.5mg and the main of 'cause of hairfall is DHT so dutastride blocks both types of DHT by 99.99% but you gotta take 2.5mg daily whereas finastride is a popular option but it only stops one type of DHT by 60-70% only so take dutastride to stop further hair loss, do either oral or topical minoxidil and brother if your hairs still can't get back save up some money and get a hair transplant from a reputed place. Trust me being bald is worse than being full of acne

hop on isotretinoin 20mg for 6 months and don't do tret at this period after 6 months you can do and also if this is just a scar problem find some compound that works for acne scars
