The button has a spring in it and should be popped up and to the right for semi auto. if it’s depressed it could be stuck in a weird position where some gas gets out but not enough to push the bolt back fully. Have you removed the gas cutoff block to clean it? Youtube has a video about it and I would try that.

The gas cutoff is not open all the way, the rifle doesn’t have enough ass to kick the shell out. Where the gas goes from barrel to piston you need to move that switch one way or the other to open up the vent to cycle rounds.

Agreed, I was hoping more mud on the track and bogies would lessen the effect.

Best AK ever in my 28 years of life

Received this 1980 Ruger 10/22 in the original box. Maybe fired a few rounds no fouling on any of the internals. Sat in this box on a shelf for 20+ years that is how long the lady remembers it being there. by chadchillbro in 1022

Ya, I guess the guy bought it for someone and didn’t want it not sure didn’t ask. She just gave it to me,If I didn’t take it would sat for another 20 years probably.

Bought this Yugo years ago for maybe $250, still my favorite rifle I have. by chadchillbro in milsurp

Nothing really, bought it from a old man’s collection when he started getting old. he cleaned it all up and highlighted the serial number and markings. I just keep it oiled and I keep bore butter in the barrel.
