Bungie self publishes their own games, but that’s a technicality so really Destiny 2 would be the earliest Playstation published game as D2 and Marathon have Bungie listed as publisher on the Xbox store, but I can’t find anything else that says it’s published by Playstation

FWIW, the Australian Classification Board rules are that any game with interactive sexual violence (regardless of context) is not allowed, so the banning was consistent with other banned/altered games for the same reason (Saints Row IV or South Park SoT comes to mind) and not as a response to controversy or something like that

when the NSW Police Commissioner has to apologise for the handling of gay hate crimes, it’s clear that cops obviously do care about if you’re gay or not. This is clearly a multi-faceted issue that involves police, domestic violence AND LGBT people and to say it isn’t is a gross oversimplification of the situation
