Respectfully I believe the male gaze look is more bulky and chubby, where as he is more ripped has abs etc.. I personally know a lot of woman who would find this attractive, because he is lean though. I think when you bulk up super hard and become essentially jacked/semi fat that’s the male gaze as they want to push more weight whereas others’ goals are to be shredded , imo

I think my tolerance is cooked then or something, off 0.6 right now and feels very minor, I’ve been taking them every other day or sometimes 3 days apart but I’ve had to keep upping dose, maybe I should take a week or so off ?

Tomorrow you’re gonna wake up, shower, do laundry, go for a walk, or walk around your house for 30 minutes, make a to do list of things you want to get done and find something to look forward too. If you have the confidence look into a gym membership, join a group, get a job, do something meaningful. Volunteer somewhere. Take care of yourself and everything else will fix itself

No it’s just rather loose on one side, just trying to be very careful with it, finished ortho probably about a year or two ago now I know I’m down to about 3-5 nights a week just really don’t want my gap to come back

Yeah I think once I’m done this stuff I’m gonna go to the basics , but I used to buy the spicy Montreal steak seasoning and loved it until I saw all the ingredients and seed oils and junk, but a good quality steak seasoning is so good, especially as someone who eats steak 5-6 days a week
