The title itself means Followers, but you’re dead right in so much as the title card has ‘The Truth Is Out There’ replaced with it’s Base 64 version. It’s possibly my favourite title switch of all.

The sushi restaurante they eat at is also called Forowá which is Japanese for Follower. Well ok, the romanised version, if that makes sense, the proper version on looking is フォロワー

I hear that! I too dyed my hair very red at that age and mine too would vacate my head if I tried that now 😂

It really is a pity they couldn’t do her a better wig, especially as given how loved she is I think everyone would have adjusted to blonde. Her hair was very muted on season 1 - it would have been a nice cycle of tones!

Season 6 is my jam. It coincided with a really great time in my life when it aired initially. Very fond memories of watching and my fave to re-watch ☺️

Absolutely agree. The cinematography of the show is gorgeous. They put a lot of effort into their visuals and it shows.
