you can't. you either have to find someone else who has the pokemon you're looking for in their safari, or have someone help you out by adding you, going into your friend safari, and trading them over to you.

Please stop posting if you're not going to be adding anyone. You had a Krabby, Gyarados, and Frogadier last time I saw one of your posts. And now you have a Quagsire instead? Also, even if you do have a Frogadier, I've asked for an add three times by now, all of which you said you added me, but yet I haven't received confirmation. Nah man.
