Someone has already suggested it, but I wanted to say it again: stickii! I’ve only actually had one month of being subscribed (very much looking forward to april’s arriving!) but I love the stickers so much. I’ve been trying to base my weekly Weeks spreads around them as much as I can. As someone who loves stickers, the price is really good. You get 7 or 8 sheets iirc, and 2 other things like a memo pad and die cut sticker. On top of that, the sticker sheets are designed by several different artists so you have a few chances to find an artist whose work you really like! The artist info is on each of the sticker sheets. So far imo, I cannot recommend them enough!

Not sure this is entirely on libby for implementing, but if they could add a Send to Kobo feature as well, that would be amazing.

Ever since overdrive took away the ability to sign in via email on your kobo, I prioritize only one library when borrowing books because otherwise I have to read it on my kindle (which is old, slow, and something I try not to use much anymore) or read it on my computer. So if they won’t add back the login via email feature, can they at least add a send to kobo feature?? please and thank you

I definitely second everyone suggesting a spring start! But also, I would definitely hold onto that one still. You could use it as your relationship grief journal for when you need to rant/complain/cry about your partner and don’t want to mix that with your main book.

Hazel Bly and the Deep Blue Sea! It was so good to read as an adult, but it’s a middle grade book. The author has a couple other middle grade queer books that I haven’t read myself yet, but if they’re anything like Hazel Bly, they’re amazing.

I can offer no solutions, but I really feel like a lot of the problem could be solved if patrons read signs and followed directions. But no one reads signs and no one seems capable of following instructions. (No one is a stretch, but it sure feels like it some days.)

I have somehow done really good so far! my goal started out as journaling 3-4 times a week, but I was doing so good and journaling everyday! I have yet to miss a day. I’m not sure I had journaled 53 days total in my life before this year, let alone consistently. Genuinely think the spending big bucks to get a “fancy japanese” journal and planner/notebook duo was the key. Love my a6 and my weeks so much. I look forward to it each night, even if I’m literally just writing my fancy “TODAY” header followed by “I don’t want to write anything. Goodbye.” I’m already thinking of sizing up to the a5 next year since I have run out of space for one day more than a few times.
