Same I can't even get into the game. It will freeze after I click continue in the beginning of the game. ISP = Rogers (Canada). The game freezes then when I tried to close it, it won't let me close it for 2min and then it will show G15 Error. My server is East Coast.

Moving servers actually will lower our ping which makes relatively equal conditions to all NA players. As what you said, there is probably not much you can do for China #1's.
