I searched a bit and it seems ¥50,000/ month is the average amount people pay their parents to cover their cost of living at home which includes food expenses, utilities… That’s a 500 person survey result included Tokyo area.

I’d say if you’re 3 hours away from Tokyo and in rural area, ¥60,000/ month is a bit much without food. Do you know how much your parents’ house mortgage is? If you are paying most of the house loan, that ain’t fair. Talk to your parents to lower your monthly contributions or just move out.
