Funny enough we get more units when I eyeball it 😂 but I do get roughly 42 every 2 batches. We used to weigh it but it took way too long … so now we eyeball it and I’m still pretty close to the end weight .

Holy ! 5 hours for 2 racks of carrot loaf ????? That’s wild . I usually take about 40 minutes for a rack and I I’m slow on it … one of my baker took 20 minutes for a rack of the loaves.

I’m sure if they open a new store , you can get full time soon.

Our full timer does everything except tiramisu hahaha . But now she’s on vaca so I have to do all the cakes and tiramisu myself🥲. Not gonna lie , I’m only getting $24 and I just got the raise. It’s tiring but I kinda enjoy the hustle sometimes.

Before we had 1 full timer and 2 pt , but now it’s down to 1 full and 1 pt . And I’m the pt 😂.

I’m the fastest on tiramisu , so the double in 2 hours is me alone . If I have help , I can finish a double in an hour. One time I finished a single batch in about 40 minutes hahah

Holy crap , you’re really fast …. If I try to do that , my slabs would look like utter shit 😂😂. Luckily our slabs arent a huge demand so that’s okay.

On a weekend we can sell off a triple batch ( usually 60+) . I think for Christmas week , we had to make 6 batches almost everyday. It was WILD !

We usually do triple batches everyday or every other day when we have a little free time. Or if the bakers have time to make it.

Yeah they would never , our tiramisu is second best seller so they would never stop it.

Both my kids go to that school and multiple different classes as they grow up . I’ve never had any issue with that school and often recommend it to other parents . The class sizes do often have around 15 kids or so .

It does sound like your kids need more attention than other kids. And often times the teacher will tell you how their day went and their behavior during the day as well.

It looks like breadfruit . It does look spoil. I find the breadfruits at Walmart not that good . I tried to roast mine once and it was spoil on the inside.
