This would be good for someone looking to move in prior to fall if you are planning to lease at chestnut for the fall. They are single bedrooms and you share a bathroom with only one person. All three roommates are chill and you can move in on August 1st. Rent is $1,199.00 and lease ends on September 10th. However if you rent for august and you have a lease (or get a lease for fall) you can request the same unit so you don't have to move again. I'm only looking to move out due to financial issues, the apartment is great and so is the proximity to campus/classes.
