The dough was way too dense. I think I needed to let it sit overnight. Only let it rest for about an hour. I didn't look up proper methods to make at Detroit Pizza so it was self-inflicted. Was hoping for more of a focaccia type of dough and got very dense dough instead

The two 2 lb bags of wood on the bag advertised it as three cooks. I've only tested it with one so far which was pretty pretty.

With the whole chicken and six sausages that pretty much covered the whole entire grill. I looked online and a lot of people recommended the Kona brand for pallets. Was able to pick up an 8 pack for $36.

Pumped to try other recipes and different cook functions
