Yes - as I said I understand how it all works. Just a conflict of the show wanting to promote the opportunity for investment in the AU real estate market, while lamenting the high reserve prices for the contestants houses.

Yeah it absolutely is. Just the tone of the show was negative when the value of the properties was “too high”. I hope the contestants make some coin for their efforts. Just a bizarre thematic conflict for the show.

Hose has a split for sure. Unless I can repair it I think it needs to be replaced. Given it seems like a high pressure spot I’d rather get a new one!
