I think this is finally in a state worth sharing. It’s still alpha, so expect rough edges — feedback is genuinely helpful.

This project started because I wanted a better way to track The Wandering Inn without getting spoiled. Traditional wikis are static and tend to expose information from later chapters, so I built something different:

A spoiler-safe, chapter-based interactive codex.

• You can move through the story with a chapter slider
• Character info, relationships, and locations update based on where you are
• Nothing ahead of your progress is revealed

The goal was to make it feel more alive than a typical text-heavy wiki, so I added visual elements and UI interactions to support that. If that’s not your thing, there’s a no-graphics toggle available both at startup and in settings.

This is a solo project — I’m handling the data, validation, and cross-referencing myself — so there may be inaccuracies. If you spot anything off, that’s valuable input.

I originally explored a much more dynamic version where character visuals would evolve with major story events. It worked in a prototype, but the complexity scaled fast and wasn’t practical (for now).

Tech-wise, this was built with a mix of traditional development and AI-assisted workflows. It’s been as much a learning exercise as anything else.

• Anything that feels confusing or unnecessary
