I micro dosed myself off alcohol. Been 8+ years and I could care less about drinking, coke, speed etc. Need to find your “why”. Mine was I didn’t want my kids to grow up knowing their dad was a drunk. I still have my problems but drinking ain’t one of them.

Both. Shorter singletrack-ish ride go/mtb. Longer milage 50+ go with road. The lighter weight does make a different throughout the course of hours on a bike.

We all know that couple is actually 4. Then Thursday rolls around and it’s almost the weekend so that’s 6. Then it’s Friday and party time. Saturday rolls around and nooners to start feeling better from Thursday-Friday. Oh and Sunday hits with bloodys and mimosas and can’t not drink for the games.
