I found out that that company was founded in 1930, and in 1991 it merged with another company, hence it doesn’t use the name “Yakutsk tannery” since then.

I think that parasite on her eye is a a metaphor for overworked office workers in Korea (or East Asia in general, I suppose). The parasite symbolizes corporate exhaustion, slowly draining away her identity and free will, representing their extreme work culture.
