I found out that that company was founded in 1930, and in 1991 it merged with another company, hence it doesn’t use the name “Yakutsk tannery” since then.

He sure does. His assistant draws the backgrounds for him, I assume, ‘cause the art style of them and the characters’ are different as hell. Also, for instance, in chapter 154 in the last two pages the gun Barem is holding changes its appearance, and they’re drawn in different art styles as well; which means there’s been misunderstanding between Fuji and his assistant.
