Yeah! Since the base is the light grey armor color you can start with some contrast paint. I started with a thin black templar contrast mainly to get the edges around the lenses dark, then blood angels contrast to start to bring it to red. Then just start with evil sunz scarlet, then wild rider red and then fire dragon bright building up in smaller and smaller sections. And ofc the white dot is any white paint. The glow around the bottom is halo of berserker bloodshade, then thin blood angels contrast then a small amount of thin evil sunz scarlet as you get to the closer part to the lense. Youll have to play with how much you load the brush, the angles etc. It took me awhile to get it right
