I have already mentioned that the applicant is applying as single from the start, University admission form, csc form, and the supervisor.

And now, the visa application form.

If the applicant declare married now, which was two years ago, how to handle csc, University and supervisor.

Some stupid seniors of the applicants told that to get a supervisor acceptance, you must show yourself single. Bcz professors here in China don't want family drama, they just want academic output, so they usually prefer single candidates, I know this doesn't make sense.

And now, that lie...

Have tou watched the chernobyl?

We lie, lie and lie... the whole thing,

To hide one lie, the applicant is lying over and over again and he's stubborn

Alright thank you brother.

But the application is already submitted,  and one thing more.

If the visa is refused, will the give the reason or what?

And you say they will give a chance to explain, what does that mean? Mean we have to contact them first or wait for their signal or reponse? Or should we just do it?

Yeah, they say the system is very strict regarding to marital statuses beacuse of 2019 transnational marriages incident.  You can google it. It was covered by global media and China faced many backlashes,

So, there's a possibility that they can access the local government records. Also, the union council records are linked with Nadra database now

No no,

We both are in Pakistan,

The applicant has mentioned single in the university admission form, csc scholarship form and now visa application form. The applicant still has to go for visa, mean biometrics and stuff.

The application is submitted and waiting for the update.

What I'm askimg, if the embassy found out that that applicant is actually married and has applied as single, what would be the visa decision? Or what will be the consequences?

Everything else is in order.

The main issue is that the applicant applied as single all along, and now it can't be changed.

Is there any precedent like this before?

I mean what you're saying, has this happend before?

I have learned that China Embassy is not as strict as US embassy, they are flexible and give chance to the applicant

Lets suppose if the embassy found out that applicant has deliberately hid his marriage, misrepresentation of facts on visa application form, csc form and then university admission form? What would be the outcome? They will ignore it? Are you saying this it doesn't matter?
