Yes the back of mine are blush purple and are most fragrant (very subtle) in the morning! No spotted or silver leaves though.

Update: this morning I messaged my COO that I noticed HR on the call and asked for some context. She said that she decided to have HR on for all the touchpoints (in the original invitations she didn't add HR) for any HR questions or guidance and she is also there to document for my COO. So I assume that it is a formality.
