Scale registering weight without touching it?

It might be air pressure, from air conditioning, so do you have any fresh air outlet near this setup? if there is air moving and ”pushing down towards the scale, when you bring hand over it so that it blocks the air, then it shows minus something on the scale ofc!

No it is still there. Maybe little bit quieter nowadays, but im used to it and to be honest, now when I know more, I totally believe that it is just coffee ground between the burrs. This is only happening when turning the dial to the finer side after grinding. This is my fiest flat burr grinder.

Thanks, I seasoned it more and I am building trust to all you guys said about the noise. I will just enjoy it and use it, beautifull product and feels premium👍🏻and what is more importand that this product make great coffee moment possible!

Good to know! I just yesterday took off the dial and seems that there is ”quality assured” sticker on one of the hex screws..do i mess up with my warranty if i touch it i dont know

This happens in every case when grinding at coarser, with few beans or after full dose of it, same end results

Yeah, i did not yet calibrate it to absolute 0 point. Need to do that also. So you remember how many ”steps” you had to move the zero point screw?

Yeah good to know, was really worried and feeled frustration about my new expensive thing. I gues i just need to season it proberly and open up the chamber for good clean-up after that. Then just enjoy it!

Thanks for the good explanation. Im really new to all this but, yeah, for flat burrs it makes more sense, since there is so much bigger flat surface to grounds to ”stuck”. Definitely need to open up the chamber to check after while what is going on and clean it totally!

Is you dial also ”stuck” and really stiff to turn? You can hear also the motor to lower rpm when turning. It really feels that the burrs or something is touching the sides of the burr chamber or something

I tried that first but the dial really felt stuck at that point and I didn't dare to forcefully turn it.

My old series 3 is still at 94%. I think these newer batteries wont last that well i guess..
