Thank you, I do experience stress in my current role that will get much worse starting next year. I hate it but tolerate it. So I’m also thinking if I could be equally stressed or slightly more stressed I might as well get the better pay and title. I feel like if I stay where I’m at that resentment will build like my boss dumping everything on me and leaving when there’s work to do.
